is our delightful three bedroom traditional thatched Norfolk cottage,
dating from 1782, with a wealth of charm and original features.

old Hemsby village, just a few minutes from a choice of superb sandy beaches, the
Norfolk
Broads National Park, the village shops and local pub.

enjoyed along the network of quiet country lanes, where bird-watching is also
rewarding. Norfolk's soft sandy beaches are just a few minutes away, fishing and
boating on the Norfolk Broads close by and the traditional seaside resort of
Great Yarmouth lies 6 miles distant with the Pleasure Beach fun fair, shows,
Sea Life Centre, pier and amusements. Norwich, a short drive away, offers
excellent shopping, cathedral, theatre, inns and restaurants.

is 220 year old traditional Norfolk thatched cottages, which has a wealth of
character and original features. The comfortable spacious lounge includes a ships mast
supporting the lounge ceiling, a large inglenook fireplace, 28" widescreen nicam TV
with digital
Freeview (30 channels) and DVD player. There are cottage style stairs winding upto
the master bedroom, with beamed ceiling, a king size bed and pine furniture. Access
to the 2nd bedroom, with beamed walls and ceiling, twin beds and pine
furniture. There is a further bedroom with beamed sloping ceiling with twin
beds( restricted headroom suitable for
children).

modern fitted country kitchen includes; ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer,
washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier.
