	Situated in the old Hemsby village, just a few minutes from a choice of superb sandy beaches, the Norfolk Broads National Park, the village shops and local pub. Walking and cycling can be enjoyed along the network of quiet country lanes, where bird-watching is also rewarding. Norfolk's soft sandy beaches are just a few minutes away, fishing and boating on the Norfolk Broads close by and the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth lies 6 miles distant with the Pleasure Beach fun fair, shows, Sea Life Centre, pier and amusements. Norwich, a short drive away, offers excellent shopping, cathedral, theatre, inns and restaurants.

                    

Nuthatch Cottage is 220 year old traditional Norfolk thatched cottages, which has a wealth of character and original features. The comfortable spacious lounge includes a ships mast supporting the lounge ceiling, a large inglenook fireplace, 28" widescreen nicam TV with digital Freeview (30 channels) and DVD player. There are cottage style stairs winding upto the master bedroom, with beamed ceiling, a king size bed and pine furniture. Access to the 2nd bedroom, with beamed walls and ceiling, twin beds and pine furniture. There is a further bedroom with beamed low sloping ceiling with twin beds.

                

	The modern fitted country kitchen includes; ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier.
